Faridabad :- Rishika Rajput- Acting on the directions of Police Commissioner OP Singh, Mahila Thana Sector-16 SHO Inspector Geeta and her team have succeeded in arresting the accused who molested the impuber girl & did a commendable job. The accused has been identified as Salman Putra Peer resident of district Badaun, Uttar Pradesh. Let we inform you that the accused Salman who works as a painter, is a resident of Uttar Pradesh from Badaun, at present lived in the colony of Khedi Pul area across the canal of Faridabad. A 17-year-old girl studying in class IX is living in the same colony with her family.
The accused had carried out the incident of molestation of the girl on 30 May 2021, on receipt of the complaint, the police had registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act,
& threatening to kill and other sections.
The team of Geeta and her team's Sub Inspector Maya, SI Ajay, got information that the accused had fled to his village, district Badaun, Uttar Pradesh after committing the crime, on which the police team left for his village Bhavipur district, Badaun UP. Seeing the police party, the accused ran into the fields of maize, on which the police team chased him and arrested the accused. The police team today presented the accused in court and sent him to jail.
